Supply Planning Specialist

Job Description Supply Planning:

• Manage Supply Planning for Dynamic trading business
• To work with Client Sourcing units to finalize Route To Market(RTM) strategy and executing the supply plan for those RTM's
• Consolidation on supply plan, identifying supply gaps and working with Sourcing unit to reduce supply gaps
• Update loss reasons for each of supply gaps, performing analytics on loss reasons and providing insights to business on supply gaps to address the issues
• Operate on international scale and develop remote management
• Connect with high level business stakeholders (Business development managers and directors, Customer service functions, Customer development functions and supply planning functions) and execute the planning
• Govern the process and highlight exceptions to business

Skills

• Supply planning experience in FMCG industry, preferably cross-functional
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound knowledge in SAP
• Exp in any Supply plan tool, Sales force and Supply 360
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications

Qualification:

• Preferably Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering/SCM background.
