Meet the Team:

A day in the life of a supply planner may involve reviewing supply readiness for upcoming builds, assessing component availability, managing bills of materials, and communicating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.

Planners are responsible for making order commitments, generating contract manufacturing (CM) build plans, meeting ontime delivery performance, and maintaining inventory goals.

Your Impact:

Supply Planner’s role includes the following key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Demand and Supply Planning: Analyze demand forecasts and coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure timely availability of materials and products.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock, reduce excess, and prevent shortages.

  • Production Scheduling: Collaborate with contract manufacturer to align commits to the supply plan required to support customer commits and revenue targets

  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans, including alternate sourcing.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with business partners, program teams, and other stakeholders to ensure supply chain readiness and address any issues.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use planning tools and systems to track supply chain performance and generate reports for decision-making.

This supply planning role is expected to be onsite at the CM in Pathum Thani, Thailand daily but also will require some interaction with team members across the globe during evenings and occasional weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors + 5 years or Masters + 2 years of validated experience with Materials Management, Supplier Relationship Management, and/or Supply/Demand Planning.

  • Strong data analysis/data analytics/data modeling skills.

  • Proven experience with developing and executing short, mid, and long-term strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adept at influencing decisions and developing solutions for complex business situations.

  • Strong influencing, collaboration, communication, negotiation, and change-management skills.

  • Strong industry knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.

  • Passionate about improving the current state and thinking innovatively.
