What will you do?

As a Supply Planner, you ensure a reliable and up‑to‑date inventory overview in our internal and external warehouses. You collaborate closely with colleagues from planning, production, logistics, procurement, and IT to keep inventory management running smoothly. In this role, you combine accuracy with the ability to improve and standardize processes. You don’t just focus on what needs to be done, but also on how it can be done smarter, more consistently, and more efficiently.

Your core responsibilities

  • You ensure a reliable and up‑to‑date inventory overview in internal and external warehouses;
  • You investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure differences are resolved in a timely and thorough manner;
  • You monitor inventory movements in the ERP system and process transactions consistently and accurately;
  • You prepare clear reports on aging, trends, and discrepancies, and contribute to further standardization of information reporting;
  • You support planning and supply with tasks such as paper and preprint processing, daily figures, and material consumption registration;
  • You actively contribute to improving and standardizing daily processes, with a focus on simplicity, predictability, and quality;
  • You use data to identify trends and bottlenecks and translate these insights into proposals that further professionalize inventory management;
  • And all other tasks associated with the role of Supply Planner.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a bachelor‑level working and thinking ability (HBO level);
  • You work accurately, analytically, and in a structured manner;
  • You have an affinity for systems and enjoy understanding and improving processes;
  • You communicate clearly and switch easily between different tasks;
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English;
  • Experience with inventory or supply chain processes is an advantage, but not required.
