工作职责

管理并拓展应用发布商合作伙伴组合,推动双方收入增长与长期成功。

通过Slack、邮件及视频会议等渠道保持持续沟通,建立并维护与合作伙伴的稳固关系。

监控并分析关键绩效指标(CPI、CPM、CTR、ARPDAU等),发掘优化空间以实现效益最大化。
-
编制并向合作伙伴及内部利益相关方提交绩效报告、深度洞察及季度业务回顾(QBR)。

跨部门协同产品、技术及商务团队,解决合作伙伴需求、排查问题并提供有效解决方案。
-
发掘增值销售与优化机遇,提升合作伙伴参与度及收益潜力。
-
将合作伙伴反馈与市场洞察转化为可执行的建议,推动产品改进与战略制定。
-
对所负责组合业绩承担责任,主动推进各项举措以超越增长与留存目标。
任职要求
-
您拥有5年以上广告技术、移动广告或数字营销领域经验。
-
您具备推动收入增长和拓展客户的成功记录,有与中国客户合作经验者优先。
-
您深刻理解CPI、CPM、CPC、ARPDAU、CTR等核心行业指标,并懂得运用这些指标提升业绩表现。

您对工作全权负责,能主动发掘机遇并有效落实产生影响。

您能在快节奏、动态变化的环境中游刃有余,善于应对优先级调整并保持敏捷性。

您具备出色的分析与解决问题能力,能将数据转化为可执行的洞察,并在季度业务回顾会议中向合作伙伴清晰呈现。

What You Will Do:

Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, driving mutual revenue growth and long-term success.

Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through consistent communication across Slack, email, and video calls.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities and maximize results.

Develop and present performance reports, insights, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to partners and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Business teams to address partner needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver impactful solutions.

Identify upselling and optimization opportunities to increase partner engagement and revenue potential.

Translate partner feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations that help shape product improvements and strategy.

Take ownership of your portfolio performance, proactively driving initiatives to exceed growth and retention targets.
Who You Are
-
You have 5+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
-
You have a proven track record of growing revenue and expanding accounts, with experience working with Chinese clients being an advantage.

You have a solid understanding of key industry metrics such as CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR, and know how to leverage them to drive performance.

You take full ownership of your work, proactively identifying opportunities and following through with impact.

You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift and agility is key.

You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and present to the partners in regular QBR meetings.

You’re an exceptional communicator and can clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
