- Lead supply chain transformation and improvement initiatives

Sodexo is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Lead to drive strategic initiatives that improve cost efficiency, competitiveness, and supply resilience across our supply network.
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Transformation, this role will lead high‑impact transformation programs including supplier alignment and consolidation, contract renegotiation support, direct import initiatives, and supply chain process optimisation. You will work in a collaborative matrix environment with procurement, commercial, finance, legal, and operations stakeholders to deliver measurable business benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Engineering or similar
- Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or transformation roles
- Strong project management, commercial acumen, and analytical capability
- Confident communicator able to influence across complex stakeholder groups
