While analytics is the core focus, the role is intentionally flexible and may evolve based on the individual’s skill set and the needs of the team.Supports the full Procurement, Supply Chain, and Fleet organization (550+ employees)Partners with stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver insights and analysisWhat You'll Do:Assist in Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation of Supply Chain processes and work instructions, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.Support Senior Team Members: Collaborate with experienced team members in identifying areas for improvement and participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and feedback.Participate in Training Sessions: Assist in the development and attend functional training sessions focused on Supply Chain tools and competencies, helping to foster a learning environment for peers and stakeholders.Data Collection and Analysis: Understand Supply Chain metrics and assist in the basic analysis of performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.Provide Input in Meetings: Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights on process improvement ideas and learning from experienced colleagues.​What We're Looking For:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent as defined in experience requirements.Experience: No prior experience required, but internships, related coursework preferred, 4 years of work experience if no degree.The Ideal Talent Demonstrates:Strong interest in learning and developing new skills.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Able to balance speed and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.Customer‑focused with a service‑oriented mindset.Collaborative team player.Technical Skills In:Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Power BIAI Applications (Copilot, ChatGPT) PythonSQL Additional Expectations:Must have strong analytical skills.Demonstrate effective teamwork and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal management.Capable of prioritizing and coordinating multiple activitiesPhysical demand level is sedentary.  Light travel may be required10% of the time.What You'll Get: Expected Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00/Year (USD)In addition to a competitive compensation, AEP offers a unique comprehensive benefits package that aims to support and enhance the overall well-being of our employees.Compensation DataCompensation Grade:SP20-006Compensation Range:$74,551.00 - $93,188.50The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
