  • Order Management - Monitor and control backlog orders with and without stocks against customer demand to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Monitor, enhance and communicate customer demand fulfillment to both intra and inter organization (Customer) to continually improve our service levels aligned with customer.
  • Demand Planning - Plan and develop forecasting at part and aggregate levels inline with sales and customers targets to improve planning and support for customer demand fulfillment.
  • Inventory Management - Control and supervise planning and liquidation of excessive stocks for customers to improve free cash flow.
  • Transportation Management - Plan and supervise logistics execution and physical distribution with cross functional teams for customers to deliver as per transportation TAT(Turnaround Time) while reducing it at transporter hubs and sales return cases.
  • Project Management - Plan and execute automation projects for our internal processes to improve automation rate and to streamline processes.
  • Logistics Interface – Bosch (LSP Coordination) - Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations with the LSP(Logistics Service Provide), Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery to OES/OE customers
  • Track GRN (Goods Receipt Note) details with customers to ensure timely payments

BE / B. Tech in Mechanical. MBA in supply chain is desirable.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Logistics Account Management.
Entry-level experience (2–4 years) in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Forecasting.
Experience in Warehousing and Transportation is desirable.

  • Advanced knowledge of End to End Supply Chain Operations (Order Management, Demand Planning and Warehouse and Transportation management) Advance knowledge of digital tool sets (E.g. Power BI, RPA, Tableau etc.).
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively with dashboards and digital tracking tools.
  • Stakeholder management – Customers – internal teams- LSPs. 
  • Demonstrates a proactive mindset and strong ownership behavior. Effectively manages time, including availability during late hours for customer calls. Shows problem-solving skills and coordinates with transporters to ensure on-time shipment delivery as agreed.
  •  Advanced project management and analytical skills for decision-making and risk management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for internal, external, and stakeholder interactions
  •  Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office tools.
