Overview The Supply Chain Finance Business Partner Poland owns end-to-end Supply Chain Finance (SCF) outcomes for the Poland Market Unit, with full accountability for translating supply chain strategies into financial performance across cost, productivity, capital, and working capital. The role acts as the primary financial authority for supply chain topics in the Poland Market Unit (MU), shaping agendas, challenging assumptions, and influencing senior decision-making alongside the CFO, factories, and logistics leadership. This position serves as the primary SCF interface for the Poland MU, ensuring alignment between local operations and finance teams. While the Poland component of the SCF Lead EE & Poland differs in financial thresholds, the scope of responsibilities remains fully consistent. The role leads supply chain finance delivery for the Poland MU primarily through matrix and India Capability Center partnerships rather than direct headcount. Responsibilities Accountable Supply Chain Finance partner for the Poland Market Unit Provide financial leadership and challenge to plants and logistics teams across cost, productivity, Capex, and working capital Co-own forecasting and performance management with the local CFO Lead SCF inputs into AOP, Forecast, Quarterly Reviews, and other local governance routines Owns financial governance for supply chain decision making in the Poland MU, ensuring disciplined trade offs, risk transparency, and alignment with enterprise finance standards. Accountable for evaluating, prioritizing, and governing productivity and capital initiatives for the Poland MU, including recommendations of investment decisions and ownership of post-investment financial performance. Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational and investment decisions Ensure risks, trade-offs, and business implications are clearly articulated and understood Maintain strong linkage between operational drivers and financial outcomes Support compliance with enterprise finance standards, policies, and governance requirements Prepare clear, executive-ready materials for MU leadership, CFO, and regional stakeholder Drive continuous improvement in local SCF processes, tools, and ways of working Effectively collaborate with ICC regarding planning elements Qualifications Min. 8 years of experience in finance business partnering (FMCG industry experience - nice to have) Fluent Polish & English required. Proven thinking skills, hunger and curiosity to shape and influence the strategic finance agenda. Clear and structured communication skills Ability to simplify complex topics for non-finance audiences Proven ability to partner with senior local stakeholders (CFO, Supply Chain, Operations) Ability to influence other daily and challenge constructively Demonstrated operating leadership, with depth and breadth of capability in functional finance leadership.
