Supply Chain and Tooling Management Engineer, APAC Energy & Charging Service
Tesla is seeking a deeply process oriented, experienced, and self-driven reverse logistics and service fulfillment coordinator to support Tesla Energy Warranty business for order fulfillment and returns. Will require coordinating international and domestic shipments for our energy products. You will work cross-functionally with Tesla certified installers, logistics carriers, warehousing, service, and quality engineering to improve and manage Tesla's energy service fulfillment and return process.
Support dangerous goods shipments from Tesla service technicians and 3rd party installers back to Tesla from remote locations.
Collaborate with quality engineering to improve rate of return for failed units of high interest and increase rate return rate.
Analyze return stock inventory for system accuracy.
Work with overseas teams to help on MRB returns for international shipments.
Pull data from internal dashboards to investigate aging MRBs to reduce backlog.
Oversee order fulfillment of high-volume distribution locations, monitor booking and coordinate the most cost-effective and efficient means to import/export
Driving order fulfillment to meet aggressive quarterly and yearly goals.
Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
- 2+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and/or evidence of exceptional ability.
- Analytical and organizational skills; ability to code in SQL and Tableau a plus.
- Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity.
