We’re recruiting for a Supplier Relationship Manager to join us.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing a portfolio of critical and high-value suppliers mainly across IT systems (especially finance systems) and professional services
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and supplier leadership teams
Ensuring compliance with Supplier Relationship Management policies, standards and processes
Overseeing contract performance and conducting regular reviews against Service Level Agreements
Supporting and implementing change programmes to improve supplier and organisational performance
Collaborating with procurement teams on contract negotiations and renewals to secure strong commercial outcomes
Leading resolution of contractual disputes to minimise cost and operational impact
Developing and delivering processes that enhance service consistency and customer experience
