Supplier Development & Quality Engineer

Responsible for the supplier development, audit, quality control and product improvement, as well as the after-sales work of OEM、ODM products. 负责供应商开发、审核、质量控制和产品改进，以及贴牌产品的售后工作。 Responsible for developing new suppliers, evaluating their capabilities and resilience, conducting qualification reviews of new suppliers, assessing their quality management system and capabilities, ensuring their inclusion in the qualified supplier directory, developing and optimizing material incoming inspection standards, supervising the implementation of inspection standards, and ensuring material quality stability. 负责新供应商开发，评估供应商的能力和稳定性,对新供应商进行资格评审，评估其质量管理体系和能力，确保其纳入合格供应商目录‌,制定和优化物料来料检验规范，监督检验规范的执行，确保物料质量稳定‌。 Responsible for the supplier performance assessment，including quality, delivery, aftersales service, take improvement action plan, keep supply chain effectiveness and quality assurance. 定期对供应商进行绩效评估，包括质量，交货期、售后服务等方面进行评估，根据评估结果制定改进计划。提高供应链效率和质量。 Coordinate resolved quality issues with suppliers, supervise the implementation of supplier improvement measures, and ensure effective solutions to problems 协调处理供应商的质量问题，监督供应商改进措施的实施，确保问题得到有效解 Responsible for OEM&ODM product after-sales quality problem/issues handling. 负责贴牌产品的售后问题处理工作。 Ad-hoc assignments. 其他交办工作。 Graduated from engineering related majors in Electrical Engineering, mechanical, and electronics are preferred. 工科相关专业毕业，电气工程、机械、电力电子专业优先考虑。 5 years+ supplier quality management experience. 5年+相关质量或技术工作经验。
