Supervisor, Total Rewards

The Supervisor, Total Rewards Projects and Automation is responsible for supporting the Total Rewards Manager in overseeing compensation and leave of absence within our HRCM systems. This role leads the execution, and governance of annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonus programs, pay-for-performance cycles, and compensation governance. This role ensures accuracy, readiness, and compliance across all cycles and serves as the operational and analytical expert for all annual compensation events. Serve as SME in automation projects and processes identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify Total Rewards processes in IGS.
Core Responsibilities:
Annual Cycle Management
- Lead the end‑to‑end execution of merit, bonus, promotion, and off‑cycle adjustment processes.
- Along with the COE´s develop timelines, process maps, templates, and communication materials.
- Ensure alignment with global Total Rewards guidelines strategy and LGS execution
Governance & Controls
- Maintain governance documentation for compensation cycles.
- Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance with internal policies in Workday regarding compensation data.
- Track and report cycle progress, risks, and outcomes to the Manager, Total Rewards.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Perform analyses to support salary adjustments, exceptions, and cycle outcomes.
- Provide insights related to cost impacts, pay equity, and compensation trends.
- Support development of dashboards and cycle reporting for leadership.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as key liaison for HRBPs, Finance, and Global Total Rewards during cycle execution.
- Support communication and training efforts to ensure stakeholder readiness.
- Manage escalations related to cycle discrepancies or data issues.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify annual cycle and Total rewards processes.
- Lead post‑cycle reviews and implement improvement plans.
- Support automation initiatives using Power BI, Power Automate, or HR systems.
Team Coordination
- Help oversee compensation and benefits administration, job gradings, Compensation Annual Surveys completion, and supervise service awards and Achieve recognitions programs.
- Supervise and standardize leave of absence administration for US and Canada.
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
- Strong experience with annual compensation cycles in mid‑ or large‑scale organizations.
- Advanced analytical skills, including data modeling and complex spreadsheet work.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Desirable requirements:
- Proficient use and applied knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Workday.
- Knowledge of program evaluation and change management principles and understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean & Six Sigma).
- Project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills including facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative for work and project planning.
- Analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
