Supervisor Original Equipment (f/m/d)

JOB DISCRIPTION: 

• In this position, you will deputise for the team leader in their absence
• You will be responsible for the professional management of employees 
• You will take responsibility for the results of your team (availability, productivity, effectiveness)
• You take care of the coaching and further development of your employees
• You take responsibility for compliance with the defined service levels and service standards 
• You are also responsible for co-decision-making in the selection and induction of new employees
• You identify potential for improvement and define / initiate CIP measures together with your team 
• You are actively involved in the definition, implementation and realisation of work processes 
• You create employee appraisals and conduct appraisal interviews independently 
• You work actively in the operational business 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• You have completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable training 
• A class B driving licence and forklift licence are also necessary requirements for the position
• You have good PC skills, especially with common warehouse management software, are experienced in MS Office and ideally have initial experience with Google G Suite 
• A high level of flexibility and commitment, reliability, teamwork and organisational skills are a matter of course for you
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English 
• You have experience in employee management and motivation as well as in the application of CIP methods (e.g. Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) 
• A confident and confident demeanour as well as the willingness to work shifts are also part of your profile
