Ensuring exceptional customer service for guests. A Front Office Supervisor ensures the smooth operations of all guest services. They train and supervise staff, set work schedules, and provide feedback to team members. In addition, Front Office Supervisors have a keen eye for detail that enables them to identify any areas in need of improvement in relation to customer satisfaction. They must also adhere to safety standards and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. Front Office Supervisors need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. 

  • Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Supervise and oversee the performance of front desk and guest service agents
  • Ensure timely and accurate check-in and check-out for guests
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Train new staff members on company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage room reservations and availability
  • Prepare daily reports and perform administrative tasks
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, and balance cash drawer
  • Foster a positive work environment and lead by example
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby and public area.

Degree in Hospitality or a related field, as well as several years of experience in customer service management.
