This job is a permanent position based 4 days a week in our office in Madrid.

We are looking for an experienced Content Sales professional to drive revenue growth across Spain and Portugal. This role is responsible for commercializing The Walt Disney Company’s content catalogue across multiple platforms, building strong client relationships, and delivering against revenue and budget targets in line with Disney’s global guidelines.

You will act as a key representative of the company in the Iberian market, combining a deep understanding of our content with strong commercial acumen to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and deliver sustainable growth.
 

Key responsibilities :

• Sell Disney’s content catalogue to clients across Spain and Portugal
• Drive revenue across all distribution channels and platforms, including Free TV, Pay TV, and OTT players
• Develop and grow intercompany sales with Iberia Networks (Star Channels)
• Contribute to annual budget planning and forecasting in partnership with the Sales Manager
• Build, maintain, and grow long‑term client relationships through proactive customer care
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing tailored support on screeners, marketing materials, technical queries, legal processes, and invoicing status
• Manage administrative and sales operations, including creating tailored availability lists, recording deal details accurately in systems, and overseeing post‑sale processes such as contract execution and invoicing
• Maintain and update internal reports with franchise and sales information
• Coordinate with Marketing teams on special events and promotional initiatives
• Create pitch decks and sales materials to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Support international and regional TV markets and events, including LA Screenings, Madrid Screenings, and MIPCOM, representing Disney and strengthening client relationships
• Build strong internal and external networks to identify new commercial opportunities and support business growth
 

What we’re looking for :

• Proven experience in a similar content sales role, ideally within television or media
• Strong negotiation skills and solid experience managing commercial contracts
• A highly organized, detail‑oriented approach with strong problem‑solving skills
• Results‑driven mindset with the ability to work to ambitious targets and tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Commercial mindset with strong business sense and good numerical skills
• Positive, confident, and resilient attitude, with persistence and motivation to succeed

Experience and qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s degree
• A first significative experience in sales or a closely related, client‑facing commercial role
• Strong knowledge of the TV and media market in Spain and Portugal
• Demonstrated experience in sales, customer management, and contract negotiation
• High level of English proficiency
• Strong content and market knowledge within television and media
