Job Description

Double the Donation is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Summer Start Class! We’re hiring 10-15 individuals into full-time roles. This 60-day, full-time, paid training program is designed for individuals interested in developing key skills in Sales and Client Success. Upon successful completion, participants will transition into full-time positions with Sales or Client Success/Implementation.

This role provides a great paid training program to set you up for success, and there’s a clear transition into a full-time role after training.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in an intensive 60-day training program that covers various business functions, including Sales, Client Success, and workplace giving.

  • Work directly with clients, helping them maximize the benefits of our tools and solutions.

  • Assist in onboarding clients, resolving issues, and ensuring they are set up for success.

  • Learn and contribute to the overall sales and client success strategy of the company.

Wages

  • During training, compensation will be 70% of the full-time employee salary.

  • Salary during the training period is approximately 70,000 pesos per month.

  • Full-time salary after training is approximately 100,000+ pesos per month.

Requirements

Location

  • This is a work-from-home setup. 

  • You would work during US EST Hours (Approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST)

What Makes a Strong Candidate

  • Enthusiastic individuals with an interest in Sales, Client Success, and/or the nonprofit sector.

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Motivated and eager to learn new skills and contribute to client success.

Benefits

Paid vacation time

  • 20 days accrued annually

  • These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.

  • Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.

Paid sick time

  • 5 sick days off annually

Paid life leave*

  • 15 days accrued annually.

  • Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time. Every 5 days your cash out is worth about $300.

*Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.

Paid holidays

  • You have 7 paid US holidays.
