Join our Apple SME team shaping the future of advanced coating technologies! As a PVD fixture SME, you’ll design and implement cutting-edge PVD fixtures to meet exacting coating uniformity and coverage standards for complex 3D components in Apple’s premium product enclosures. Collaborate with global experts, optimize deposition processes, and play a vital role in launching revolutionary products worldwide.

Minimum Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Design/Manufacturing (MS preferred) 5+ years in fixture/machine development (R&D or production) Expertise in materials & fabrication (CNC, stamping, MIM, laser, injection molding) Advanced CAD/CAM skills (Solid Works, CATIA, UG, Pro/E, etc.) Fluent English capability

Preferred Qualifications

Strong cross-functional communication & project management End-to-end program management in matrix organizations Passion for innovation & advanced manufacturing Vacuum technology & high-vacuum equipment design Mechanical failure analysis & production validation Programming, simulation, big data analytic, Machine Learning/AI in manufacturing, FEA expertise
