The Student Success Coach at Builders Academy Australia plays a vital role in our commitment to student achievement. This role is focused on guiding students from the beginning of their course through to graduation. The Student Success Coach will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to students, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated throughout their educational journey.

In this role you will:

Monitor student attendance, assessments, and LMS access, ensuring students receive timely support and results management.
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to guide students in academic progress, goal setting, and overcoming challenges.
Coordinate additional support such as tutoring, workshops, or study groups to address individual learning needs.
Inspire and motivate students, fostering engagement and helping them stay on track with their academic goals.
Track and report on student progress, identify trends, and use feedback to improve support services.
Collaborate with trainers and academic staff to align student support with course objectives and maintain effective communication.

Key Performance Indicators: Success in this role will be measured by student engagement, attendance, assessment submissions, graduation rates, satisfaction levels, and the quality of student interactions and support.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire students
Experience with data tracking and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in education, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
Knowledge of educational principles and learning strategies (preferred but not essential).
Experience in student support, coaching, or mentoring in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
