How you’ll make an impact in this role
Deliver compassionate bedside care by assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity remain a priority throughout their stay.
Monitor and record vital signs with precision to provide the clinical team with the real-time data necessary for safe and effective treatment.
Act as a vital link in the care team by observing and reporting subtle changes in patient status to your preceptor, directly impacting the speed of clinical interventions.
Collaborate on personalized care plans by communicating test results and observations, ensuring every patient receives a holistic and updated recovery strategy.
Facilitate seamless patient transitions by preparing and transporting individuals for diagnostic services, maintaining a calm and supportive environment during stressful procedures.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED required. Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer.
