About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, curious, and highly motivated 2nd-year student to join our Operations Analytics team. This is a hands-on role where you will use data and AI to help improve daily work and support business decisions.
If you are analytically minded, communicate well in English, and excited about applying AI tools (especially Microsoft Copilot) to solve business problems - this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze operational and business data to uncover trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI / Excel) to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders
- Support cross-functional analysis projects: process mapping, gap identification, and data-driven recommendations
- Work with enterprise data sources (e.g., SAP and operational systems) to define datasets, validate logic, and ensure usability
- Help develop automations and “smart” tools that improve efficiency and decision-making
- Contribute to AI-related initiatives: test use cases, experiment with Copilot, and propose practical ways to improve workflows
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- 2nd year BSc student in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or a related analytical field
- Strong English skills (written and verbal)
- Availability for 20+ hours per week (minimum 3 working days)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn independently
- High proficiency in Excel (data analysis, structured models, pivot tables; macros are a plus)
- Strong communication skills with a can-do mindset
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications (Advantages)
- AI orientation: curiosity and hands-on interest in Generative AI tools and how they can improve work
- Experience or strong interest in the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studio)
- Familiarity with Power BI (dashboards, DAX basics) and/or SQL for data querying
- Programming/automation exposure (Python / VBA) is a plus
- Experience working with ERP/enterprise data (e.g., SAP) is a strong advantage
