Structural Design Engineer

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer with a proven track record of delivering excellence in structural design and analysis. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and a proactive attitude to go the extra mile for quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural/structural drawings to develop accuratemodels using ETABS, SAFE, or other relevant structural software.
• Conduct analysis, rectification, modification, and optimization of structuralmodels.
• Utilize advanced structural analytical skills to produce design sketches, draftinginputs, and detailed design calculations in compliance with relevant designcodes (e.g., ACI, BS, EC, IS).
• Ensure drafted drawings align with architectural drawings, design calculations,and structural detailing standards.
• Coordinate with draftsmen to ensure timely revisions or corrections in structuraldrawings.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, MEP consultants, and clients duringproject meetings.

• In-depth knowledge of all structural systems and methodologies.
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Leadership skills with experience in guiding junior team members.
• Familiarity with international codes such as ACI, BS, and EC, in addition to IndianStandard Codes, is essential.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E. B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed college/university.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an M.E. M.Tech in Structural Engineering from a reputed institution.

Software Expertise:

• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, and Excel.
• Additional knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit will be an advantage.Work Experience:
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in structural design for RCC andsteel structures, preferably in residential and commercial buildings, high-risetowers, and steel structures.
• Middle East experience and knowledge of ACI, BS, and EC codes will be anadded advantage
