About the role
We’re looking for a Strategy Consultant to lead 0→1 strategic initiatives across Stable Money — identifying opportunities, building solutions from the ground up, and driving them through launch and early stabilization.
This role is designed for builders who enjoy tackling ambiguous problems, creating structure where none exists, and then transitioning initiatives into steady-state ownership before moving on to the next challenge. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape and execute high-impact business priorities.
What we're looking for
0→1 Initiative Leadership
Identify, evaluate, and shape new business opportunities, products, or operational models
Translate ambiguous problem spaces into structured execution plans
Drive initiatives from concept and validation through launch and early scaling
Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, and ownership structures for continuity
Initiative Ownership
Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives — from concept through launch and stabilization
Define success metrics, execution plans, and operating cadences
Remove execution bottlenecks and ensure momentum toward milestones
Cross-Functional Execution
Partner with product, growth, operations, finance, and external stakeholders
Drive alignment across teams to meet milestones
Remove blockers and maintain execution velocity
What we’re looking for
Graduate/Post Graduate from tier 1 colleges (IITs/IIMs)
2–5 years experience in strategy, consulting, business ops, or related roles at top consulting companies (MBB)
Demonstrated experience owning 0→1 projects or launches
Strong structured thinking and analytical rigor
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
High ownership mindset and bias toward action
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, consumer tech, or marketplaces
Startup or consulting background
Exposure to product or business incubation environments
