About the Role:

The Strategy & Operations Lead will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations and help drive some of the company’s highest-impact initiatives. You’ll take projects from idea to execution, combining structured thinking with hands-on work. This role works across strategy, operations, and execution to help the company scale quickly and efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Support strategic planning through analysis, research, and scenario evaluation high-impact, and execution on high-impact company initiatives

• Own day-to-day operations across finance, people ops, and tooling — including procurement, vendors, renewals, and reporting

• Identify operational gaps, implement process improvements, support enterprise readiness efforts (audits, internal controls)

• Build and maintain budgets, dashboards, and key operational metrics

• Use metrics and financial modeling to guide decisions, prioritize work, and maintain clear performance dashboards

• Document processes, playbooks, and learnings so improvements stick as the company grows

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in strategic operations at a high-growth startup (Series A - Series D), investment banking, or management consulting

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

• Experience owning and managing multiple projects in fast-moving environments while balancing speed and quality

• Clear communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
