YOUR TASKS:

The Storekeeper (m/f/d) is responsible for the process flow of material movement into and out of the storage area. He/she is responsible for the storage, tracking as well as monitoring for all parts stored in the warehouse.

• Issuing tools, operating materials and aircraft components to the aircraft mechanics
• Updating and tracking inventory data and postings all material movements of all aircraft parts, tools and supplies for Maintenance and all outstations
• Storing components, materials and tools according to EAT and manufacturer specifications
• Tracking and monitoring of tools issued to the maintenance department
• Picking of orders and preparation of shipments for Base Maintenance, Maintenance stations and C-Checks
• Administrative support for maintenance (e.g. preparation of engineering requests based on aircraft documentation)
• Triggering of material requests in case of need
• Inventory control and coordination of the exchange of materials in the Fly Away Kits throughout the network
• Administration and updating of various overviews, e.g. for MOC (e.g. Roadtripkit Overview)
• Storage, transfer and retrieval of tools, supplies and aircraft components in accordance with departmental and operational requirements
• Preparing and dispatching COMAT shipments for field stations
• Receiving, checking and recording material deliveries from stations and suppliers
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Regular control of stock levels / inventory cooperation
• Execution of internal transports
• Collaboration on projects

YOUR PROFILE:

• Specialized vocational training (e.g. warehouse logistics specialist) and several years of relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Course in load securing desirable
• Certificate of competence according to §20 SprengG desirable
• Driving license 
• Certificate IATA PK-8
• Independent and conscientious way of working
