Store Officer
Ensure that all customer requirements are met or exceeded through the provision of a professional, competent, and cost-effective stores and inventory management.
Liaise and build relationships with all stakeholders through answering questions or solving problems.
Liaise with other work teams to maintain the equipment bill of materials.
Check & process receipts and deliveries to ensure accuracy.
Support stocktaking regular/cyclical stock takes and identification of obsolete stock.
Provide stores support to work teams in procurement of goods required for maintaining inventory levels as well as any other items (non-stock) required for efficient plant operation.
Control and manage transportation of incoming and outgoing goods.
Daily update stock cards.
Carry out monthly inventory checks.
Maintain the store layout in a neat and functional manner ensuring safety in accordance with OH&S policy and to the correct legislative standards.
Conform to company policies, procedures, standards, and work practices.
Qualifications
Graduated in high vocational certificate or bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of work experience related to Store Management or Inventory Officer in manufacturing or engineering industry.
Have experience in using ERP system, particularly Epicor.
Have a basic understanding of English language.
