Store Manager/Store Incharge
Role & responsibilities
Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and improve customer satisfaction (NPS).
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally at store level.
Lead, motivate and guide the store team to achieve high performance.
Support hiring, training, and development of store staff.
Monitor staff performance and control attrition.
Manage cash handling and ensure proper daily reconciliation.
Maintain accurate inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and prevent stock loss.
Ensure all SOPs are followed, including eye check-up quality standards.
Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and overall store upkeep as per company guidelines.
