Role : Storage Admin

Exp : 6+ years

Location : Mumbai (Jogeshwari)

Good understanding of design, implementation and troubleshooting of SAN and NAS technologies
Installing and configuring of Dell/HP/EMC/IBM storage boxes and fiber channel switches
In-depth understanding of day-day administration tasks such as LUN allocation/ deallocations, Zoning, Monitoring and Performance tuning, Capacity planning etc for onsite and offsite locations
Storage Health checks and reporting for Global locations
Firmware code upgrade
OEM coordination and follow-ups with Relevant Stakeholder
Capacity management and availability report
Should be able to co-ordinate with respective OEMs to ensure SLA and during break fix
Ensure DR replication is in place
Should have good understanding of DR drills
Should be proficient in handling large setup with knowledge on troubleshooting of issues
Willing to work in shifts and travel across various locations in India
Should possess good communication skill
Should have about change management process • Root cause analysis
