YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a steward, you are responsible for preparing crockery and cutlery for use using an automatic washing and rinsing machine.

You ensure that your workplace is clean and the crockery and cutlery are dried and polished if necessary.

In addition, you identify problems with equipment and HACCP guidelines are followed. In doing so, you contribute to keeping quality high within the hotel.
