Steel Fitter​/Welder - Day Shift

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for fitting and assembling various steel structures according to blueprints and specifications while maintaining high safety and quality standards
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements
  • Measure, cut, and fit steel components according to specifications
  • Align and weld steel components to create structural assemblies
  • Verify measurements and alignments using precision measuring tools
  • Install miscellaneous steel items such as stairs, handrails, and support structures
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout the fitting process
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Coordinate with other trades and team members on project requirements
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
  • Manufacturing

 

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Steel Fitter/Welder to join our growing day shift team in Boca Raton. In this role, you will be responsible for fitting and assembling various steel structures according to blueprints and specifications while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
