Job Summary
Responsible for providing on-site installation
and commissioning of semiconductor equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the installation and commissioning of semiconductor equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of equipment to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the start-up process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and production staff, to ensure smooth and efficient equipment start-up.
- Optimise equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired production targets.

Skills & Knowledge
Qualification in Engineering, Electronics or related field or related experience
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and team members.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.
Valid driver’s license
Job duties are often performed in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions and/or in high places. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects is required. May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing. May require the use of Personal Protective Equipment. Duties also include application of proper industry safety procedures when working with dangerous elements or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc. Occasional travel to TEL factories, training facilities and customer locations may be required.
Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
