Staff Software Engineer
Lead and build: Design, develop, and maintain secure, On-Premise and cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture on AWS or Azure
Architect at scale: Engineer solutions integrating RDBMS/NoSQL databases to maintain performance and security at a global scale
Innovate and partner: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX, QA, and fellow engineerstranslating customer needs into user-focused, agile deliverables
Mentor and inspire: Share your knowledge through leading by example, code reviews, and supporting the growth of junior engineers
Champion best practices: Help evolve our engineering standards and encourage a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and teamwork
Advise and shape: Guide the adoption of new technologies around identity management, cloud security, and DevOps toolchains
What You Will Bring
8+ yearsexperience building and delivering complex software solutions, with a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SOA, and database technologies (both RDBMS and NoSQL)
Working knowledge on Linux based operating systems
Good at Scripting languages (Shell, Python, Pearl etc,)
Excellent communicatorable to break down technical concepts and collaborate effectively
Proven problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Familiarity with software security standards and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
Experience in leading or mentoring diverse engineering teams
Nice to have: experience with SAML, OAuth, identity management, PKI/certificates, and global, cross-functional teams
Cloud-native application development experience on AWS and/or Azure
