We leverage a user’s activity on Tinder, answers to questions, and insights from scanning their Camera Roll to suggest their most compatible matches. Our goal is to get people good dates using state-of-the-art recommendation systems and LLMs. As the Product Team Lead (PTL) for Chemistry, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of one of Tinder’s most important AI-driven surfaces and help define the future of dating online. You will work at the intersection of product, design, ML, trust & safety, and growth to deliver meaningful improvements to match quality and real-world outcomes.
