Job Description Summary

As part of GE HealthCare's Identity & Access Management team, this individual will contribute to the definition and implementation of our next generation deployment of Identity & Access Management tools and policies across GE HealthCare. This individual will integrate with new and existing initiatives across GE HealthCare to drive Identity Security and Risk and Compliance requirements and policies from design through implementation for the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Define use cases related to the consumption of Saviynt and its various modules: EIC, EIM, SOD, and ISPM

  • Provide inputs and innovative solutions to current Identity Fabric gaps or requirements.

  • Work on and implement best in class integration solutions using Saviynt and its functionality.

  • Define and operationalize Identity Security strategy & policies for Identity & Access Management and for Ai for Identity and Identity for AI.

  • Work across a large of variety of technology Silos spread across the globe.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience in IAM technologies.

Desired Characteristics

Technical Expertise:.

  • IT project management experience in Security or Compliance

  • Experience with Saviynt (preferred) or other IGA tool implementations beyond basic configurations such as Active Directory or Access Reviews.

  • Strong planning & project management skills.

  • Strong scripting experience

  • Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical communities

  • Proven ability to coordinate and influence large groups.

  • Strong team player –Collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.

  • Communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions.

  • Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise.

  • Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives
