Position Description:

负责仓库管理。领导仓库小组遵守所有要求的职责要求和相关政策流程，确保物料接收、存储、发放和出运操作及时完成，并符合质量、安全、职业健康等合规要求。领导仓储项目在工厂的实施和物流服务商的监督。

Responsible for Warehouse Management. Lead warehouse team to meet with all required responsibility requirements and relevant policy & procedure requirements. Ensure the accuracy of material receipt, storage, dispensing and shipping in a timely manner and complied with quality, safety, occupational health and other compliance requirements. Lead the implementation of warehouse projects. Provide oversight to forwarders。

主要职能

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

遵守HSE各项管理流程，履行安全生产职责要求

Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfill the work safety responsibilities.

仓库管理：管理仓库部门支持工厂业务运营，确保物料准确及时接收、发放以及仓储满足质量安全财务等合规要求。与工厂相关部门，解决物料，仓储管理中出现的相关问题并保持及时沟通

Warehouse management: Lead warehouse team to support the site business operation, ensure material receipt, dispensing, storage in a timely manner & accuracy and meet the quality, safety, finance etc compliance requirements Work with site other functions, resolve the material or warehouse management related issues and ensure timely communication at appropriate level

• 确保及时准确收发料及仓储，确保仓库操作符合质量，安全，财务，AEO等合规要求
• Ensure the material receipt, dispensing and storage meet the quality, safety, finance and AEO etc., compliance requirement

• 总体监督保障物料处置和处理包括收货，贮存, 退补，配送和销毁的安全性, 准确性和及时性
• Oversees the safe & accuracy of materials handling and disposal such as receipt, storage, retrieval, dispatch and destruction etc;

• 总体监督库存控制和管理操作，按时完成循环盘点及报告
• Overseeing activities of related inventory control and management finish cycle count and report on time.

• 有责任保证仓库自动和计算机设备的使用和系统维护
• Carrying out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized systems

• 保持SAP/PMX系统更新的精确性和准时性

Keeping SAP/PMX system updated accurately and timely.

• 每天每周和每月为基础的报告和统计，做好资源计划， 包括资本、成本及人员
  Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; and planning future resources including capital, expense and staffing.

• 协调影响到仓库的规程和政策的制定和审核，并确保区域合规
  Coordinate the creation and review of procedures and policies that affect the Warehouse and ensure compliance in the area

• 确保健康安全，清洁卫生和安全的工作环境；
• Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.

仓库安全管理

Warehouse HSE management

• 作为区域安全负责人带领小组负责区域/部门内的HSE活动符合公司的HSE要求、安保安全要求以保障员工的安全与健康。
• As area safety owner to leading team to carry out the HSE activities to comply with company HSE requirement to ensure employee’s safety and health in area/dept.

• 作为搬运设备负责人带领小组在工厂内推行和实践HSE要素搬运设备，使搬运设备的执行满足国家法规和总部的相关要求并持续改进搬运设备的执行以加强苏州工厂的HSE文化。
• As PIT project owner to leading team to carry out and practice HSE PIT program in site, to meet the regulation and corporate requirement on implementation. Continuous improvement on PIT to enhance HSE culture in Suzhou site

• 识别工艺和设备中对生产效率有重大影响的改进。

Identify improvements in processes and facilities that have an impact on greater productivity.

项目管理
Project management

• 负责仓储相关项目，包括领导项目，协调及沟通项目相关人力、资金或费用等资源计 划安排满足项目实施，确保项目实施满足质量安全业务要求并按期交付。
• Responsible for the projects related to warehousing. Including lead the projects, coordinate the relevant resources planning (people, capital, expense, etc.) and deliver appropriate communication at all levels to ensure the project implementation and completion timely and meet the quality, safety and business requirements

人员管理

People management

• 负责团队成员的指导和团队合作、培训及绩效管理, 人员发展支持及组织能力提升，
• Responsible for logistics team’s coach and teamwork s for training, performance management and people development and organization capability enhancement.

• 建立团队先导性的绩效考核指标，并在整个年度中不断进行跟踪
• Establish leading PM objectives to my team and follow up throughout the year
• 给他人给予支持，完成主管安排的其他任务
• Support others and finish the other duties assigned by supervisor

基本要求：

Basic Requirements:

熟悉SAP/PMX 尤其了解库存管理模块

Familiar methodology and knowledge of SAP/PMX especially for the module of inventory management

熟悉基GMP条款，重点在于物料管理、仓储和运输管理

Familiar with GMP regulations and with a focus on material, warehousing, and shipping management

五年医药/食品行业的相关工作经验或物流经验

Has five years related experience in Manufacturing JV of pharmaceutical/food industry or logistics

三年主管工作经验

Has three years’ experience as supervisor

具备较好的团队精神

Strong teamwork spirit

具备较强的沟通和协作技能

Strong communication and partnering skills

熟练的中文和英语商务沟通技能

Chinese/English business fluency

Other Information:

• 需要加班并可以接受翻班。
• Overtime and flexibility in shift will be required.

• 能够穿戴安全设备（安全眼镜、安全鞋、安全眼镜、口罩等）
• Ability to wear safety equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, protective gloves, respirator.)
