Sr Sales and Delivery Trainer - Dutch Speaker
Tesla is seeking a Senior Sales & Delivery Trainer to develop and deliver sharp, meaningful, and engaging virtual and on-site Training sessions to Sales & Delivery teams in Western Europe (France, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg). The Senior Sales & Delivery Trainer will consistently be on the fore front of key changes and will partner with our central EMEA learning and development partners to design effective virtual, web-based and video e-Learning courses as well as instructor-led sessions. This individual can quickly grasp regional business priorities, craft a clear, concise, and targeted message, and partner with our local teams to deliver the required educational materials to drive forward the Learning & Development agenda.
We are looking for someone who can convey complex messages in simple forms. A great communicator who is passionate about helping others stay effective and efficient in our daily Sales and Delivery experience activities by closing knowledge gaps. A team player who can act as a trusted coach and mentor for the rest of the West Learning & Development team.
Deliver and host regular virtual and in-person Training sessions for learners on systems and skills, while creating an engaging learning environment through different training strategies and adult learning methodologies
Deeply understand and internalize region-wide Sales & Delivery priorities and knowledge gaps, while taking ownership of ensuring the various L&D partners are consistently involved and prepared to provide the relevant training to support these priorities
Remain on the forefront of developing the appropriate training, talking points, global content localization and resources to allow for an excellent rollout of any major changes across the region or global roll out (product changes, workflows, content, etc.)
Create course outlines, objectives, and scripts that meet learning objectives in a learner-optimized fashion and contribute to their effective distribution to meet the business needs
Assess current training materials, customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas of improvement and learning objectives
Proven experience designing, delivering, and facilitating virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment through project management, self-management, and multi-tasking skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially with problem solving, relationship building and collaboration with various teams to produce learning solutions and guidance
Ability to show thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and creativity
Native Dutch speaker with oral and written English proficiency
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
