Restaurant365 is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our corporate Talent Acquisition team onsite in Mexico City. This role will focus on scaling recruitment efforts across both Mexico and the United States, while partnering closely with U.S.-based recruiters and hiring managers in a fully English-speaking business environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, influencing hiring decisions through market insight, while bringing strong sourcing fundamentals, experience supporting corporate or SaaS hiring, and comfort recruiting across multiple geographies in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
