What you´ll do Lead new product development for semiconductor adhesives while documenting progress and results Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release Record, organize and communicate experimental data Explore new technology, product, or performance improvement opportunities Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling materials Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations Maintain laboratory equipment, storage areas, and workspaces Comply with all environmental, health and safety regulations and policies Actively participate in scientific publications and forums Collaborate with product management, production and sourcing teams to develop new products Support manufacturing to ensure quality product delivery Communicate with stakeholders and use feedback to optimize processes and meet customer needs Attend or present technical work at business meetings and conferences
