Responsibilities
To support the operations team (shop floor team) to deliver their results following the standards. Create, Review and Approve the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of your area and ensure that reviews and approvals are completed before the agreed deadlines, supported by Frontline Leadership
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related program
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Experience in 3PL operations is an advantage
- High level decision-making skills
- Amenable to work in Mandaue, Cebu
