ABOUT THE ROLE: Sr Motion Designer 

Reporting to the Corporate Marketing department, a  Sr. Motion Designer is a key contributor to the Marketing Brand & Creative team. They work alongside senior designers and cross-functional partners to produce engaging motion-based content and videos that support marketing programs and campaigns. They help bring the Aviatrix brand to life through social content, digital ads, UI animations, presentation decks, and more, by executing against creative briefs, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing fresh ideas to motion-based projects. They are developing their craft and growing into a confident, independent design contributor. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Own end-to-end execution of motion design workstreams for larger campaigns or multi-asset initiatives, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand and marketing goals 
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams to ensure motion content aligns with messaging, campaign strategy, and audience intent 
  • Evaluate performance of motion assets using campaign KPIs (e.g., engagement, reach, brand awareness) and apply insights to improve future creative output 
  • Proactively pitch motion concepts and creative approaches that elevate campaign storytelling and brand presence 
  • Execute motion graphics and animations across a range of marketing assets, including social media campaigns, digital ads, website content, presentation decks, eBooks, and emails 
  • Support the development of brand and marketing content with strong use of motion, typography, and layout 
  • Contribute to the production of brand videos, sizzle reels, and UI animations under the guidance of senior designers 
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute visual storytelling strategies aligned to campaign briefs 
  • Apply and follow motion design guidelines to ensure brand consistency across marketing materials 
  • Manage your own project timelines and deliver work to brief in a fast-paced environment 
  • Participate in creative reviews and clearly communicate your design decisions to peers and team leads 
  • Proactively explore and integrate emerging motion design trends, tools, and technologies (including AI-assisted workflows) to enhance creative quality, streamline production, and evolve team capabilities 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 3–5 years of motion design experience 
  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion design, typography, and visual design skills across digital formats 
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator  
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with other creative tools is a plus along with experience using AI-powered tools like Eleven Labs, Runway ML, CapCut, Canva, Descript, and other modern video editing platforms. 
  • Solid understanding of motion design principles and a developing talent for visual storytelling 
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to receive feedback constructively and present your work clearly to the immediate team 
  • A commitment to delivering quality work and a willingness to learn and improve 
  • Ability to work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within the team 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables at once 
  • Exposure to B2B or tech environments is a plus

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
