Sr Manager, Database Administration

The Senior Manager, Database Administration (DBA) will provide leadership for the architecture, security, and performance of enterprise-wide database environments within our SaaS-based ecosystem. This role focuses on designing high-availability systems, executing complex disaster recovery (DR) strategies, and managing data replication and retention to support critical business operations.

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $170,000 - $185,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
