Sr Manager - Data & Analytics

Position Title Senior Manager/Chief Manager Bengaluru/ Mumbai Health Operations Job Dimensions (role and responsibilities): Coordinate the processing of all policy data and endorsements to ensure changes are accurately detailed and implemented Coordinate with underwriters/TPAs, policy administration and customer service teams to address endorsement requests efficiently Ensure all endorsements are processed within agreed timelines and meet quality standards Identify opportunities to streamline endorsement processes and implement best practices Collaborate with IT and process teams to automate or improve endorsement workflows Work closely with and coordinate activities across PMO, operations and service delivery functions Work with operations leadership in the development of solutions in line with strategy. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all endorsement activities follow regulatory requirements and internal policies Conduct regular audits and quality checks on processed endorsements Implementation of quality tools and automation processes Reporting & Analysis Prepare regular reports on endorsement volumes, turnaround times, and quality metrics Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement Manage operations business planning and performance reporting. THE PERSON Qualification Other Certifications, if any Years of proven experience Graduate/Postgraduate NA 6-10 Years of Experience. Skills and Attitude Proven experience in large-scale project or operations management, ideally in census or survey contexts Familiarity with data collection and processing methodologies/ Data management systems Understanding of employee benefits insurance products and claims processes. Knowledge and experience in project management, statistics or a related field Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to change and embrace new technologies. Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and compliance standards.
