·         Provide expert-level support across AutoRek as part of the BAU (Business As Usual) support team.

·         Troubleshoot complex issues raised by users during key reporting cycles.

·         Analyse and resolve ServiceNow tickets, adhering to SLAs.

·         Address functional issues through configuration changes and educating users on tool capabilities.

·         Support version upgrades and lead service reviews with vendor.

·         Support the end user training sessions on AutoRek latest processes and functions.

·         Promote awareness of audit and compliance principles in daily operations of the team.

·         Evaluate new requirements by coordinating with business stakeholders and manage and co-ordinate the implementation lifecycle.

·         Act as a primary point of contact for business users regarding AutoRek queries and issues.

·         Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and provide timely updates on issue resolution.

·         Participate in change management discussions and impact assessments for new business requirements.
