Job Summary:

Supermicro is growing and we are recruiting for a Sr. Accounting Manager, who reports to the Senior Director, Accounting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and information system, an active CPA license and a combination of public accounting and industry experience with strong understanding of US GAAP. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading the AR and AP team
• Responsible for cost accounting
• Overseeing accounting procedures and team management.
• Ensuring accuracy in financial documents and compliance with legal regulations.
• Developing working relationships with other departments.
• Preparing financial reports and presentations.
• Managing schedules and guidelines.
• Devising strategies to improve systems and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 7-10 years accounting experience.
• Proven experience in a management role (5 years).
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
