Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage bookings and coordinate all operational aspects with shipping lines and other logistic providers to ensure timely delivery
Review and prepare comprehensive sets of shipping documentation for air, ocean, and truck import/export shipments
Handle and coordinate the logistics team in daily operations for seamless execution
Validate vendor monthly billing and arrange payment processes strictly adhering to company policies
Conduct expense and cost trend analysis to determine financial efficiencies
Evaluate important metrics for performance to ensure world-class logistics operations

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in import and export logistics
Preferred experience in China import & export logistics
Proven experience in freight forwarding and management of freight forwarders
Advanced knowledge of MS Access/Excel VBA
ERP experience, including SAP and Oracle, with more than 2 years in data analysis-related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proven track record of successfully implementing logistics strategies in a competitive environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambitious workplace
