What the Role Entails We are seeking a Senior IT Operations Engineer who is both hands-on and technically strategic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, designing scalable IT solutions, and leading operational improvements. The ideal candidate will take ownership of local and regional IT support activities, architect IT infrastructure and workplace solutions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that combines IT operations, systems design, and expertise in enterprise collaboration tools. Key Responsibilities: Delivering senior-level hands-on IT support across hardware, software, and networking in a dynamic work environment. Act as atechnical solution architect for regional IT infrastructure, onboarding processes, collaboration tools, and endpoint strategies. Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis across systems, providing mentorship to contractors. Design and implement IT solutions that align with global standards and local office requirements Provide day-to-day on-site and remote support to users across offices (Windows/MacOS laptops, monitors, printers, conference system) Partner with Global IT, Information Security, and workplace teams to support office expansions, hardware refresh projects, and IT process optimization. Develop and implement best practices for IT operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Maintain and manage local IT infrastructure: WiFi, Printers, AV equipment, access Control, Coordinate with global IT teams on system rollouts, upgrades, and issue resolution.
