Sr. HRBP
Responsibilities:
- Consults with management to define and execute HR initiatives in support of business strategy.
- Engage with COE HR functions to collaboratively implement HR programs and policies.
- Serves as a business partner, change agent, and may serve as a member of the line leadership staff.
- Participates in or leads HR projects.
- Analyzes business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Scans and benchmarks the marketplace to identify and leverage best practices and trends to influence the business and HR agenda.
- In some regions, may serve in a multitude of HR capacities including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, event planning, workforce reporting and payroll.
- Participates in the rollout of company-wide HR initiatives Manages escalations and dispute resolutions through company programs and policies.
- Applies governmental regulations to the development of HR programs.
8-12 years with bachelors or equivalent. Education/ Certification: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
