Sr. HR Business Partner
We are in search of an HR Business Partner to help take our People team to the next level. The successful candidate will have a passion for building inclusive workplace cultures and lending their voice to conversations that will help shape the future of an organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or other related fields
- Experience supporting an operational function, inclusive of call center employees, is required
- Experience in insurance and/or a start-up, a plus
- Ability to position yourself as credible, proactive, and a trusted thought-partner
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment in a period of hypergrowth
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing a team is a plus
- Experience building processes
- Experience managing change for hyper growth organizations
- Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws
