Job Title : Sr. Executive - Procurement

Work location : Dombivli

Entity : Evonik Catalysts India Pvt. Ltd.

Purpose of the position :

• Responsible for procurement of all materials and services along with effective co-ordination among SCM and all other related internal departments and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow the system guidelines to ensure compliance with the company policy.

• Identify new vendors for all material, services as required.

• Send RFQ’s to relevant vendors as per requirement.

• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms. 

• Order material with justifiable & competitive negotiated rates.

• Prepare all Purchase orders.

• Ensure deliveries of material within PO schedule.

• Responsible for new AMC/AMC renewal and rate work order issue to respective service provider.

• Follow up for invoices from the vendors, & solving all the invoice related queries, if required.

• Maintain records of all relevant files.

• Generate report and maintain record as per functional requirement.

• To undertake adhoc activities assigned & instructed by superior, as & when required.  

Education, Certification and/or relevant experience required

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience in overall supply chain and procurement function with strong, hands on experience handling procurement on ERP system (SAP preferred).
