Sr. Executive / Dy. Manager / Manager [BD Role for International Market APIs- human and veterinary, Drug Intermediates, Herbals and PhytoChemicals, Excipients]

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive international business development across regulated and semi-regulated markets.
Develop and execute territory-wise growth strategy.
Oversee and mentor a team of Executives / Deputy Managers.
Set revenue and margin targets and ensure achievement.
Identify and onboard key overseas customers and strategic distributors.
Lead high-value commercial negotiations and long-term contracts.
Evaluate products based on regulatory strength (CEP, DMF, WHO-GMP, ANVISA, COFEPRIS, MFDS etc.).
Strengthen relationships with key domestic manufacturers and develop strategic sourcing partnerships.
Monitor export documentation, compliance, payment terms and collection discipline.
Provide regular market intelligence and strategic inputs to senior management.

Candidate Profile

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Science Graduate preferred.
7+ years experience strictly in API export trading.
Proven track record of revenue ownership and team handling.
Strong exposure to LATAM / MENA / EU markets preferred.
Sound understanding of international regulatory frameworks.
Strong leadership, negotiation and commercial acumen.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to independently build markets.
Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally.
