This role will manage vendor solutions (e.g., Xtel) and integrations with enterprise systems like SAP and GCP while driving business value, adoption, and delivery excellence.Key AccountabilitiesPartner with global stakeholders to define business outcomes and drive value realizationTranslate business needs into product backlog (epics/features) and prioritization inputsLead adoption planning including training, communication, and readinessManage vendor delivery (scope, timelines, quality) and ensure governanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams (business, tech, support) for executionDrive UAT strategy and ensure feedback is incorporated into improvementsMonitor operational health (incidents, defects, enhancements) and enable fixesSupport continuous improvement and contribute to Agile workstreamsMinimum QualificationsFull-time graduate (mandatory)Experience with TPM/TPO tools (SAP TPM, Kantar Xtel, or similar)Strong stakeholder management across global/cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience in international/multi-market implementationsUnderstanding of system integrations (SAP, reporting/analytics tools) COMPANY OVERVIEWWe exist to make food the world loves.
